This is my first project under "JED" my real name. 

Brought forth to you today is a collection of (6) tracks containing the highest quality composed in the last year by yours truly. In this collection, I wanted to expand my horizons, step out of my comfort zone just a bit, express my thoughts on certain topics and more importantly have fun with it! At first listen it may seem like something only made for one to turn up to, but it is little bit deeper than that on some tracks. You're probably wondering why the project is entitled "Renaissance". The reason behind the name is because Guam (the place I am from) is going through a massive Artistic Renaissance in multiple forms and the category of music is definitely a part of that movement. 2016 has been a very good year for the arts and to be completely honest, i think it is just the beginning. I feel very lucky that i get to witness and be a part of this renaissance and this set of songs sort of serves as a reflection towards the entire subject. At the end of the day I just really love what i do and i hope you enjoy it. Have a good one!

This track is about a "fuckboy" finding a girl that he fell for. This girl was everything he was looking for in a girl. Unfortunately, his bad habits and way of thinking overshadowed this opportunity of a real relationship and unfortunately, since that persona and mindset of a "fuckboy" is still embedded in his mind, he ends up cheating on her. It crushes this certain girl's heart. She then cuts him off.

Time goes by and the dude still partakes in "fuckboy-ish" activity. Later on down the line, he finds out that the girl who he left heartbroken ended up finding a boyfriend that is loyal, truthful and basically everything that he couldn't give her because of his habits. This song expresses the "fuckboy's" emotions towards the entire situation. Reminiscing all the good times they shared. While she's in a relationship with the new guy he's all alone...
