Croatian artist Pavle Kladarin returns to Mindspring Music for his third release on the label. The sole mastermind behind the Klaada project, Pavle stands unabashedly steadfast in his eclectic production style, sharing with us a satiating presentation of the very curiosity sprung forth by such a vigorous intellect.

Juxtaposed against his eclectic style is his familiar expressions of ethno/world music, classical elements, and a wise and deliberate use of tasty psychedelic sounds, “Coniunctio Oppositorum” brings us along into a dark, cinematic excursion where deep psybient is overlaid with blended cinematic soundscapes & rhythms all wrapped with a stunning classical compositions.
As we go deeper into this gorgeous work we find ourselves cautiously exploring dark mysterious corridors, progressing at a pace that is somehow subtly overwhelming and yet driven by a patient sense of determination, intrigue, and hope.

Playground Of A Broken Heart

This EP is a musical expression of the recent phase on our spiritual path. Shaktopaya (or Śāktopāya) is the middle stage on the way to eliberation, when the aspirant uses his mind and the energies (Shakti) to reach enlightenment. These compositions tell a story of a specific transcendental experience written intuitively into these notes. Unique arrangements try to describe the whole process of a journey: Starting from a meditative state getting slowly into Samadhi, then building up with immense intensity, reaching the peak of the bliss and coming down as a wondrous catharsis.

From the musical aspect it’s a special release for this young couple (Tomin & Emerencia) as this is the first EP ever of their project called Alpha Hypnotica. Intricate ideas and melodies here have been produced mostly with analog synths and acoustic instruments such as koshi or rainstick. Combining these with own-recorded sounds from nature and orchestral elements this unique deep and mystic atmosphere is created, which pervades all the recordings. Comprehensive textures and dynamic vertical energies indicate that understanding of the Universal Consciousness with the mind is nearly impossible.

Tribal Bass is an umbrella term for all music with a downtempo feel and a breaking groove, that combines progressive sound design with organic elements and deep sub-bass. PsyDub, GlitchHop, post dubstep, deep-step, global beats, ethnic trap, world bass, neuro-funk, raga-bass, hard-wave, farmer-trap, ... you name it, if it slaps and it represents the globalized music community it can be part of our co-creation.

For Mabon (the "end of summer" celebration) we'd like to surrender to the water and the West, the cooling down and finding direction, the becoming soft and starting a journey within again, reaching for the stillness and cool down of winter times. "Into The Flow" is a representation of accepting the cycles and flow of life, and understanding the flow of sound, our bodies and nature.
