Strange Neighbours is the dynamic DJ/producer duo of Dan and Dean, lifelong friends who first cut their teeth in the small town of Newbury before carving out a reputation on the UK house music circuit. With over a decade of experience behind the decks and in the studio, the pair have steadily built a catalogue of releases that showcase their distinctive sound and energy.

Now based across two locations—Dan in Leeds, immersed in one of the UK’s most vibrant house music hubs, and Dean in Reading—the duo are expanding their reach and influence across both scenes. This geographical split has only strengthened their vision: to push their music further and connect with diverse audiences while staying true to their underground roots.

Their journey so far has seen them signed to respected imprints including Under No Illusion, Defined Music, Talk of the Town, and Wyldcard Records. Their remix of Demarkus Lewis climbed to #19 on the Traxsource Jackin House Chart, while their recent release on Unlearn Records broke into the Beatport Tech House Top 100, peaking at #45.
