Stranger Or The Plain was born out of two very different influences… David Greenep the singer and songwriter in cinematic folk band “SixToes”. Ian Duncan modular synth master of "My Electronic Things”.

Merging David’s unique songwriting style and layered vocals with Ian’s intricate synth work and beats,  Stranger Or The Plain create songs that combines the vocal melodies of Bon Iver mixed with the sonic layers of Boards Of Canada.

The bands first offering comes in the form over a cover version of Bob Marley’ Could You Be Loved.
