Anthony Asher-Yates AKA Bålsam is a visual / sound artist from Minneapolis, Minnesota… When he was a child, he dreamt of traveling into the wilderness and finding  places in nature with beautiful rivers, waterfalls, jungles and birds. His journeys have brought him all over the South American, where he began listening and recording the voice of nature through walks in the mountains. This became the raw material to transform his music. 
Now he resides in the mountains of Colombia with his partner Nina Nativa, where they work with ceremonies, therapy, rituals and plant medicine. Choosing this healing path for himself, has allowed him to open his heart, cleanse his body overcome fears and believe in his creation as a healing vibration.
 
"I would describe this liveset as a naked journey into various natural environments, a free dream walk, where the listener can go from the jungle, to the cloud forests and to the ocean without time or space limits. to create my music, I've walked and lived in all these places with my sound recorder and my video camera. To connect in the moments recording the birds, creatures and elements in nature, it has been important to be barefoot, calm, silent, receptive and attentive, so nature's beings can keep singing their songs....so I don't interfere.."

Crazy Compass Planet Band is an international project in which musicians from around the world record music by remote collaboration. To date, the project involves musicians from Russia, Spain, Croatia, Japan, Switzerland, Hungary, USA, Great Britain, France, Belgium, Finland, Austria, etc. The list is expanding, because the project is open for interaction.
