Beginning with title-track ‘Sleepless’, alongside a foreboding intro and slamming first drop, the low-lying sub bass of ‘Dreamstate’ amongst its cranking drum layers and the floating sensations of ‘So Good’ provide an introspective look into Hadley as an artist. Thirty years deep in the Drum & Bass scene, DJ Andy is a name that came out of Brazil alongside DJ Marky and Patife back when V Recordings was first established. At the start of 2022 we saw DJ Andy present 'The Brazilian Takeover', a twenty track compilation that acted as a platform for Brazilian Drum & Bass artists to follow in his footsteps, two months later we're welcoming him back for a solo release; 'The Movement' EP.

L0G1N - Everything Done

Skeptical will be opening the Exit Records 2015 release schedule on 19th January with a 4 track 12" EP. Believe it or not, this is Skeptical's debut solo release on Exit, with previous contributions consisting of his monster collaboration with Dub Phizix and Strategy, the mighty Marka, as well as individual tracks on the Mosaic series 1 and 2.
 
The EP features the percussive roller and title track 'Imperial', which has been taking dance floors deep into the jungle over the last few months in typical Skeptical fashion. As usual with his tracks this is not laptop music. Sub bass is essential to appreciate the full production qualities and the whole EP demonstrates his power to achieve the utmost with the very minimum.

STRANJAH is a pioneering figure in the North American drum and bass scene, with a career spanning over two decades. He has solidified his position in the bass music world with seminal releases on Metalheadz, 31 Records and Renegade Hardware, and has recently worked with major labels such as Critical Music and Hospital Records.

STRANJAH's sound draws from a wide range of influences, making it difficult to label under one umbrella. However, his modern-day sound is characterized by expressive bass sounds, 90s synths, and syncopated drum beats. He has established himself as an influential figure in the music production community, with his new YouTube channel and label Deviant Audio, where he provides knowledge, tools, and resources to empower emerging artists and push the boundaries of electronic music.
