Stratagoth is Mike Taylor and Tam Huynh.  Shaped from years of experience playing in other bands of similar taste, we devote a lot of time and energy into crafting songs full of killer riffs, crushing drums and catchy melodies.  We play everything from punk rock anthems to symphonic metal masterpieces.  We produce, record, mix and master all of our songs and are constantly striving to push our craft to match the quality of those that inspired us to pursue music. 

During our days as undergraduate students at the University of Saskatchewan, we realized that our musical similarities went beyond just our taste. We started jamming out ideas in 2004 and have released a couple of tracks as Archaeolocalypse. Stratagoth represents the next stage of our collaboration and keeps true to the original vision of our music.
