Chubby! Podcast004 comes direct from Chicago, via Estimuloshow residents; Victor Aguinaga AKA Chicagodeep and Nick Marshall AKA Taelue.

Victor and Nick have been collecting records for years, with Vic boasting over two decades of experience DJing and over a decade for Nick. Production wise, their first appearance on Ernie's respected Label; Minuendo Recordings was an incredible release which completely sold out as soon as it hit the stores.

Recently Victor and Nick have started their own imprint; 'Perpetual Rhythms', their first pressing 'Secret Elements EP' kicks off with Firecracker boss Linkwood providing an edit on a collaborative track from Specter (Tetrode) & Chicagodeep, also featured on the release are two originals from Taelue and one from Chicagodeep - a follow up EP is expected to be out later this year.

For our next mixtape set, duo Auf Togo will be taking us into a session of Pop, Funk & 70's Cosmic Disco, filled with hypnotic grooves and absorbing melodies. 

Auf Togo is the long-time collaboration between Sasa Crnobrnja and Clement Cachot-Coulom which is inspired by the Cosmic disco sounds of the late 70s/early '80s. Sasa Crnobrnja originates from the deep, disco-laced house duo of his duo alias In Flagranti (Kitsune, Phantasy, Gomma & more) and Clement Cachot-Coulom from bands The Fabulous Penetrators and Big Girls. With the Auf Togo formation, they present a sound that echoes the richness and flavour of vintage recording equipment and instruments whilst holding the edge and sharpness of modern studio techniques.

The duo presents a loose, almost improvised sound that works very well within the rigid confines of house music. Psychedelic echoey guitars clash with probing synth lines and live-sounding rhythm sections and their heavy kicks and singing cowbells, their deep basslines and spare guitar licks blur the line between rigid, quantised sounds and the duo’s refreshing human touch.
 
Auf Togo recently their new album, Movements (SaS Recording). The record, ​unconventional in its production, stems from samples extracted from Clement’s riffs and jams on guitar, bass and keys, all of which are then ultimately sown together by Sasa’s expert production 

For this mix we can expect…well all that has been said before, abstract sensuous grooves, well-crafted melodies, avant-garde Kosmiche and space disco sounds which hopefully take us away from all that January wintery blues.

Antonio was born in 1990. He started his interesting in electronic music since an early age, so, when he was an  adolescent he organized electronic music events and was there where he knows the local scene and immerses himself in different genres. He has had performances with different national and international DJs and producers. His dj sets are influenced sounds of r & b, funk, disco, house and techno. His live sessions turns into atmospheres that adapt perfectly to the time and atmosphere of the spectators, where he conjugates styles to always make dance the track. Eventually he performs sessions with material resulting from exhaustive musical searches, where each set has a concept and each one is different from the other. He also has an alternate project with his friend Carlos (aka L.S.), called Rhythm disco & Low sound created in 2013 where with live acts, and remixes. Their live performance becomes a journey through the musical connection of their styles.

Empieza a interesarle la música electrónica desde muy temprana edad por lo que pasa parte de su adolescencia organiza eventos de música electrónica donde conoce la escena local y se sumerge de lleno a distintos géneros. Ha tenido presentaciones con distintos DJ´s y productores de talla nacional e internacional, donde sus dj sets se ven influenciados  sonidos del r&b, funk, disco, house y techno. Sus sesiones en vivo se convierte en atmosferas que se adapta perfectamente a la hora y al ambiente de los espectadores, donde conjuga estilos para siempre hacer bailar la pista. Eventualmente realiza sesiones con material resultado de exhaustivas búsquedas musicales, donde cada set tiene un concepto y cada uno es diferente entre sí. También tiene un proyecto alterno junto a su amigo Carlos (aka L.S.), llamado Rhythm disco & Low sound creado en el 2013 donde se integra con live acts, y remixes. Su presentación en vivo se vuelve un viaje a través de la conexión musical de sus estilos.
