"As I was growing up I was a massive Blink 182 fan, and a Tom Delonge fan-boy, still am to be honest, so when I first heard the self titled Boxcar album, I loved it. I loved how darker it sounded in comparison to blinks earlier stuff, and whenever im feeling down this song always cheers me up." - Liam

"I'm fairly anti-Christmas, and I have my reasons, so when hannah suggested we do a Christmas song, I agreed on the terms that it wouldnt be a traditional one. I remember hearing the original a while ago and it really resonated with me, summing up my feelings in song." Liam

"As far as female fronted bands go, most get compared to Paramore because they did so much for the genre. So I thought we should do a lesser know Paramore song, plus this song was quite a different vocal style to Hannah usual style so was challenging I was happy for the result." - Liam

"Me and Hannah both really enjoy Panic! especially brendons voice, which seems to have no limits whatsoever. This one proved both challenging for me to mix since there were so many different parts to make and constantly overlapping segments and frequencies. 

We also got to try out using a vocoder, which is present in both our cover and the original. I also think this song also shows off hannah's voice."
