Unusual for this artist is the direction to combine his cinematic signature Trip-Hop and House sound with Dark Pop and EDM elements. Higgins Guest Mix - PFG - 121 - Part 2

As with most aspiring DJs, Higgins began his journey into sound by hanging around record shops, eager to buy the latest 12"s. As his collection grew, he began to develop his own style and technique, and was often found travelling the length of the country handing out mixtapes at clubs and events, pretty much the normal way of doing things before the internet was born.

This hard work eventually paid off as he was offered a residency at "The Edge" in Sheffield, with a chance to play alongside rave heavyweights Grooverider, Mickey Finn, DJ SS and Hype, to name a few.

There was something missing though, he needed a fresh challenge and direction. It came along in the form of brand new music from Oakenfold, BT, Blue Amazon, Paul Van Dyk, and most importantly... Sasha & Digweed. Their musical selections and mixing style blew him away, and he knew that was where he was headed.

Resident at UCAP, one of Manchester's leading club nights. Bringing world class DJs into a personal and intimate club space, Higgins has warmed up for Danny Howells, Nick Muir, Jody Wisternoff, Robert Babicz, Quivver and Elke Kleijn amongst others.

Fast forward to the present day,  Higgins now head of Secluded Events Worldwide/Secluded Records, a brand dedicated to bringing small, secluded stylish events to discerning clubbers around the world..
