With 'Northern Tales' we welcome Israeli Ofri Gayus aka DJ AroZe to ICONYC with his latest two track EP. Ofri who has been causing quite a stir with his melodic techno / progressive house influenced productions, on labels like Plattenbank & Steyoyoke, makes his debut with 2 stunning original tracks. 

His latest outing shows maturity and musical development, as we kick off proceedings with 'Celestials'. The track opens with all the right notes, as the expressive, progressive house influenced track grabs you from the word go, interspersing with roomy glowing vibes and filtered stabs, driving leads culminating into an energetic drop to round off this brilliant underground crowd pleaser, with its understated yet driving bassline powering the groove along. DJ AroZe manages to keep the energy up, subtlety allowing the driving feel to shine thru over the many layers and textures to create a beautiful soundscape.

To close out DJ AroZe's debut on ICONYC we have the deep, hypnotic 'Berserkers', which is interspersed with subtle effective percussion a profound deep-tech groove and indie influence, turning this one into an underground anthem with a very soul tangling appeal. Vagabond returns with the 8th edition of its very own various artist series. Featuring 4 tracks tested by label boss Greg Ignatovich, the 'Vagabond 08 Ibiza' aims to champion upcoming talents and promises to take the listener on a sun-kissed journey. Opening up the record is Imar's 'This Time',
a compelling and emotional melodic anthem with captivating vocals by Meital De Razon. Up next are newcomers Konnekt, with 80s disco influenced 'Cosmic Dust' that could set the fire on any dancefloor. The third track comes from the Greek, Haris Efstathiadis, who is back on Vagabond after a long time with his dark and dizzy 'Sand & Stars', a Melodic Techno track for those late hours at the club. Closing the release is our very own Joseph Carlo, who delivers one more hypnotic and dreamy masterpiece to our brand, titled 'Nebuchadnezzar'
