Opening with 'Magic Fields' a tough rubbery groove gathers pace with claps, percussion and melodic layers organically flowing into the mix. Shimmering FX and grubby bass notes add style and grit in equal measures. Airy pads around the midpoint give a cinematic feel alongside the keys and off-kilter sonics that sound like bouncing balls before the beat hits and were back on solid ground. 'Far Above The World' continues apace with a tribal groove that quickly mutates with off-beat bass into a driving gem of epic proportions. Finally, 'Arcadia' completes the triptych with another melodic masterclass. Growing slowly over the opening section, icy keys and powerful low end grunt combine for a growling, musically diverse mindset stomper.

André Winter has been working under various collaborative pseudonyms and diverse aliases while shaping the sound of today's club scene. Since starting to release under his own name in 2005, Winter has found regular homes on Ideal Audio and now Senso Sounds. Delivering a double header on this release, Winter proves he remains ahead of the pack. 'Cascadeur' is a techno bomb - deep and driving with plenty of attitude. The thick bass tones rumble through the track, while a trippy vocal adds another dimension for the dancers. 'Fléaux' is cut from the same cloth - a companion piece to 'Cascadeur' that uses the same sound palette to create another twist on Winter’s blueprint. The original mix, ‘Try’ comes in on a positive vibe with major tones and chilled vocals that blend with a progressive house musical construction. The first remix goes darker and in a low-tempo beat marked by deep-techy synth leads. Niceshot´s remix is defined by an atmospheric sound that gives body to this dreamy and uplifting track.
