The vibe is Progressive House with some Trance elements. Much of my old style is in there, though I'm going to be trying to move in a more clubby direction than I was in my previous years. Hopefully that effort will be more noticeable in future productions.

This is my first original work in about six years. It was made while I was learning a new DAW, new softsynths and plugins, and getting up to date with my old standby Reason (at least 2 full version updates since I last used it). I was also previously unaware of the effects of moving to a 64 bit platform, which presented some obstacles in the studio and eliminated the option of using my old DAW.

The track is named for the breed of my girlfriend's dog, if you hadn't guessed by the cover art.
