I just felt like the Manson sample fit back when I wrote this, but after reading Chaos by Tom O'Neil it has taken on a totally different and deeper significance. My tip, go read that book as soon as you can!

New EP from me!

You could call this my synth phase. I tried to capture a feeling of mucking your way through a calm and quiet swamp, before finally finding some sun and grass to run through until you tire yourself out, and just need to lie down.

Really though, this is, like everything right now, about quarantine. About the surreal stillness of life for the past eight months. About how the stillness is broken by sunlight, by friendship and connection, by camaraderie and solidarity, by love, and most of all, by music.
