This is a song I wrote in response to news stories breaking in Jan and Feb 2023. As I was writing, more stories were breaking which moved me. There are so many people ostracised and harmed or even killed just for being who they are. It makes my blood boil. The world would be so dull if we were all the same and yet so many fear difference. We have a long way to go before we are an inclusive, equal society.
