My special guest this week was talented DJ and producer MGR Mike, who rocked the digital airwaves with a banging and funky guest mix for the second hour.

MGR Mike is a Nashville-based DJ and producer on a mission to once again make funky, disco-infused house music the biggest sound in the world. Since stepping behind the decks in 2015, MGR Mike has shared stages with legendary acts like A-Trak, LF System, Dombresky, Salute, Never Dull,
Josh Butler and many more. 2025 was a breakout year for him with tour dates all across North America, while his own productions were turning heads, racking up global DJ support from legends like Claptone, DJ Harvey, Jamie Jones, Purple Disco Machine, Mark Knight, LF System, Mr Belt & Wezol, Sam Divine and many more

Beyond the booth, MGR Mike is pushing the genre forward through his record label and
publishing company, Sparkle Motion Recordings, his event series Midnight Velvet and as a founding member of t he Discoluminati brand. His ultimate goal is to build true community where the cross section of funk, disco, and house music shines brighter than ever.

Ep 292: Feel Good Friday Show (feat MGR Mike)

I was asked to be a guest on the Sierra Sounds radio show recently. My mix was broadcast for the first hour, and I played some upbeat disco house as the show was being aired at midnight. the second hour was resident Axel Oudikj from Argentina, who delivered a stunning set of progressive house and melodic vibes. A lovely contrast to my first hour, packed with gorgeous tunes.

SIERRA SOUNDS is a DJ and event agency as well as a world-class recording studio located in Guejar Sierra, Granada, Spain. The agency is owned and operated by Robbie Dunne, known for his work as “Save the Robots,” and and DJ Axel Oudjik, associated with “Amnesia Argentina.” Together, they bring over 50 years of experience in the music industry, offering a unique blend of expertise in event management and music production. This combination likely allows Sierra Sounds to provide high-quality entertainment and production services for various events.

Our Greg's always on a journey being also seasoned holiday selector too! Sure his passports are littered with "wish u were here" stamps, and don't get us started on the air miles and fomo phots from the sights! Originally hailing from the UK Stuart Goodfella Staples is a DJ versed in taking his audience on an auditory journey from the moment he takes to the stage. 
 Stuart has been serving up his own brand of Deep, Funky, Uplifting, Tech, Breaks, Old Skool and Vocal House for over 30 years. He has played in some of the world's most renowned venues and club nights, headlined, and recently rubbed shoulders with dance music legends Dennis Ferrer, Tall Paul UK, Chromeo, A-Trak, Georgie Progie, Plump DJS, Late Night Tuff Guy, John Digweed and many more and gained a reputation as both a formidable DJ and producer. 
From clubs and festivals in the UK and Europe to world-class clubs and festivals across Australasia, New Zealand and Asia, Stuart has secured bookings alongside the leading forces in dance music, playing festivals, raves, and in dance arenas with over 10,000 people, and regularly plays in Ibiza and the UK when visiting.
He artfully mixes his classics dating back to the 90’s -2000's with everything from Funky, Uplifting House, through to pumping sets. Over the last 4 years, Stuart has been running and performing at The Shindig club nights, city and interstate.
He has now secured a residency on the world-renowned NDCRADIO.CO.UK  on Saturday 8-10 pm AEST and 10 am - 12 noon UK  GMT.
