Four singers awake to find themselves in yet another "serious song-cycle." They decide to make it their comedic bitch. A foil to those song-cycles of interminable ballads filled with angst, melancholy, and poignant urban woe. Instead it is a seamless evening of self-contained comedy songs & scenes dealing with such diverse topics as New York dating rules, Christian sex fiends, and cubicle co-worker "TMI." Four actors navigate this delightfully treacherous world buoyed by a pop/jazz and contemporary musical theater score, with whip-smart lyrics. A true find for any theater looking for something bright, shiny, and hysterical for an adventurous audience!
