Work written for my final performance of my first year Masters at TCM.


Lotus

A cappella arrangement of the spiritual "By an' By."

By An' By

A work composed for the Creative Cities project to be shown along with a film at East Winter Gardens in Canary Wharf and also the Southbank Centre.

The piece is about the decline of public houses in and around London's Docklands and uses samples of elderly residents recalling their memories of the area.

They've All Disappeared

My first recorded orchestral work.
Played rather excellently by the Trinity Laban SCOW Orchestra.
Excuse the fairly rough recording, and the lack of double basses...

Cirrus

The opening dub/ DnB-influenced track from my chamber opera Nobody's Children. 
Written in collaboration with librettist Rommi Smith, the work explores the various reactions of four people caught up in the London Riots last year.

Wonders in the Deep

Current PhD student and freelance composer/ tenor.
I have a particular interest in church music and have received a number of commissions for choral works, most recently for St. Andrew's and St. George's West Parish Church, and St. Giles' cathedral, Edinburgh.
