I tried to recreate the original energy of this lesser known tune written by George Harrison.  With the return of veterans James Leroy Brown, Gary Maragos and James Bartlett, along with the talented guitar work of Deborah Sward - I think we came pretty close.  Enjoy the mix!

Santa Baby (Eartha Kit Cover)

Here's a Studio 10 Cover of Adele's "Rolling in the Deep". All the main and back-up vocals were done by Victoria Simms. She is new to the Studio 10 talent pool and most recently won 1st place in the2023 Essex Day "Battle of the Bars" Karaoke contest!  And Eddie Wright, a local legend and Karaoke celebrity, added his soulful backups in the bridge. I did all the orchestration and recorded and mixed it at Studio 10 in Middle River Md. Rolling In The Deep (Adele Cover) feat Victoria Simms

Here is a new Studio 10 Release. A cover of Otis Redding's Dock of the Bay!  It features Tim Kaye on the piano, Michael "Crash" Kundrat on Drums and a new voice joining the Studio 10 talent pool is Bruce Gavin (BWG) on vocals. Check him out on Facebook. Dock Of The Bay - (Otis Redding Cover)

Here is another Studio 10 Cover. The Ballad of John and Yoko. Featuring Bradley James Hayes on vocals. He not only holds down the lead vocal, but he amazingly adds McCartney's high harmony!  Michael "Crash" Kundrat added the drums. Tyler Kiddy added the 2 finger guitar accents while I filled in the Bass, Piano and Acoustic Guitar.  I recorded and mixed this in Studio 10, Middle River, Md. I hope you give it a listen!

Ballad of John and Yoko (Beatles Cover)

Another Cover release from Studio 10. "I Me Mine" by the Beatles. George wrote this one! We have Gary Maragos on the Vocals (with James "Danger" Bartlett on back-ups). Michael "Crash" Kundrat on Drums. Chris Baker on Keyboards. I added the Piano, Bass, Guitars and Strings/Horns. The song has a lot of moving parts, but everyone did their part to bring this great song to life. I hope you give it a listen.

Here's another Cover recorded at Studio 10. It's a Paul McCartney Song called Dance Tonight off of Memory Almost Full CD.  I recorded it the first night I got home with my new Eastman Octave Mandolin! After I added bass and vocals, Michael Crash Kundrat added the drums. Its a simple but catchy tune. Over the years I find myself admiring the work that George Harrison did with the Beatles.  So I have tackled a few of them here at Studio 10 (The 10)with a little help from my friends.  As always with Harrison stuff - Gary Maragos graces the Vocals reincarnating George's tones and inflections..  I covered the rest of the instruments including the drums and slide guitar. This Studio 10 cover models the Beatles take on this country classic. Gary Margos is on Lead Vocal with Deborah Sward adding perfect harmonies. Gabe Figueroa locked down the drums.  I used the Dan Electro Baritone guitar for the "chick'n pick'n" parts. I also added bass, acoustic guitar and recorded/mixed the project at Studio 10 in Middle River, Md.. Another Studio 10 release. "I Saw her Standing There" is probably my favorite all time Beatles song. I was honored to have Bradley James Hays recreate the main vocals. My reproduction of a great Travelling Willbury's Song - End of the Line.  Gary Margos and I trade off verses.  Michael "Crash" Kundrat is on the Drums.  I also added the back-up harmonies. I also added a Dan Electro Baritone Guitar in there just as Jeff Lynn did and used the tele fore the slide parts. Anyway, I can't thank these fellows enough for helping bring this classic to life.

End of the Line (Traveling Willbury's Cover)

Studio 10 is a project designed to pursue the art of recording and mixing Sound.  It's a feature rich environment with top quality instruments and recording gear. It can accommodate most any musical situation.  This non profit venture is designed around "giving back" to local artists who are moving their art from "Good to Great", and might not otherwise have full access to a recording facility.  As a result - I am able to draw on a variety of talent to collaborate on my own projects .......where one cannot escape the obvious Beatles theme.
