Deniz Kabu - No One Else (Original Mix)

Bringing a heavy arsenal of industrial analog power, Tom makes ‘Spieglein’ a brutal lesson in tense techno soundscapes. Atonal synth shifts vibrate throughout, inducing a tense rhythmic aural anxiety-fueled euphoria. 

Fellow SK family artist Biesmans drops the first remix with a lush vintage aura, a pulsing bass drive, shimmering chord-driven pads over a sweaty kick and snare polish the grit to a warm, glowing sheen. 

The final direction is taken by Argia. This remix creates something new utilizing the grit of the original with a playfulness that translates into a less weighty and arguably, more crisp edge. A warm welcome to the Hungarian producer talent SNYL on our imprint with his debut release "Sci-Fied". After releases on labels such as SINCOPAT, ICONYC, Perspectives Digital or Beat Boutique were happy to have two smashing Original tracks rolling down on our floor. Title track "Sci-Fied" comes along with a lot of energy and keeps the dark mood all over the full distance with a spacy vocoder highlight. "In My Head" with the beautiful vocals of Canadian artist Jessica Zese is the second track, having a mystic atmosphere and keeps the focus on a fabolous bassline. Returning to their JEAHMON! home, both Marc DePulse and Rafael Cerato teamed up for a remix and put their Capulet-fingers on "In My Head" with the typical handscript.

Out of the wish to give the art, created at the studio, a platform, the eponymous event series ‚Studio Kreuzberg Night’ came into being. The open-hearted and family-like parties quickly drew attention by a growing fan base. The only prerequisite: every act must have a relation to the origin - no matter if it is musical friendships, joint collaborations or recommendations. That’s the way it was then, and still is today. Nowadays the artist network calls Watergate its home base. However the places inspire people go far beyond the city walls. From Hamburg to Ibiza to around Europe.
In early 2017 Studio Kreuzberg founded it’s own music label. The label is defining itself through an artist-friendly philosophy, that consciously emancipates itself from leading industry dinosaurs. Thereby the Studio Kreuzberg label represents a concept based on distinctive and unique music. Studio Kreuzberg stands for the kind of music, where everything can and should happen. It is about art that does not follow any formula and which sets no limits from outside. It is what Berlin stands for, and what happens when ideas from all over the world merge in the German capital. Whether live acts or DJs - the lineup of the Berlin label is futuristic, experimental and free from trends. In short: music that was created together and creates togetherness.
