The chakras are energy centers in the body that can become blocked, leading to physical and emotional issues. These meditation frequencies are very effective in balancing and healing the chakras. Each chakra corresponds to a specific frequency. For example, the root chakra at the base of the spine corresponds to 256 Hz, and the crown chakra at the top of the head corresponds to 448 Hz.
