Timnah signature approach to earthy dance music has been tried, tested and approved by swinging hips all over Europe. Developing her style from age 17 onwards, when she started playing in squats and industrial spaces around Basel, she’s continuously making her mark with warm, reverberating techno cuts from across the spectrum. During her residencies at Hinterhof Bar and Elysia, Timnah‘s sets fluently cover (and transcend) shades of techno, experimental and ambient music, establishing her as a firm favourite amongst dancers and peers. Smooth mixing skills, strong emotional narratives and an intuitive understanding of dancefloor dynamics continue to define her style, seamlessly cruising through the small hours of the night.

The great comedown from the radiant warmth of summer is here and with it an opportunity to look inwards and reflect. It's this care or "Fürsorge" we give to ourselves and others that our next guest and dear friend Resom used as a theme for this mix. Recorded live almost exactly one year ago for the Swim crew in Basel, the theme of the event was to explore the concept of softness and the ethics of care. With this in mind, she set out to "send people on an acoustic trip, en route to a comfortable inner sphere - a sphere that cares acoustically also for dynamic and organically created versatile excurses." Indeed, it is this level of intention and care that makes her mixing immersive and healing.

Needless to say, we at Unrush fully embrace this theme and feel it's the perfect time to integrate it into our lives. So make yourself some tea, pause, and take care of yourself with this excursion into sound from Resom.

Today marks a special moment in our collective musical journey, as we release our 100th mix under the Delayed with… banner. And who should mark this special occasion? The honor falls to our favorite celestial explorers, Moon Patrol. Yes, our co-founders, Irina Kotik and Gilles Wasserman take the helm together through their shared project that has been building and building momentum over the years. Coming in at almost two hours, the mix is an embodiment of their passion, knowledge, incredible curation, and skill as artists. Bringing listeners on a proper journey through realms of Ambient, Techno, and beyond. All with that signature Moon Patrol flair that we know and love dearly. Celebrations are to be had. "This mix contains several of my current favorite minimal and techno records and also several classic gems of the genre.

For personal reasons, it was recorded at night, with the volume low on the speakers, which complicated the process a bit. It's not my most technically perfect session, but, on the other hand, the situation forced me to make a kind of blend and speech without stridency and this has built a very interesting sleepy atmosphere.

It's the music I could play nowadays at an after hour club and the way I would play it."
