With a habit that was built 30 years ago of collecting records, it's safe to say John has heard some tunes that we would never even come across. All his mixes are done by carefully selecting vinyl only tunes. This set features rhythm sections inspired by his exposure to a plethora of sounds from classic rock, hip-hop to tech house. A little bit of percs, a lot of bounce and a whole lot of dance.

For our 40th episode, we hand the controls back to our very own Detash. As a collector with a soft spot for vinyl, he pieces together grooves that move in subtle ways. For his second appearance on our mix series, he brings a fine selection of tunes spanning from the early 2000s to today.

Detash brings the same dedication to the decks as he does to his craft as an arborist: patience, precision, and care. His sets draw from deep, dubby and minimal house, always searching for that hidden thread!
