The second mix in our series celebrating CYK’s 8th anniversary comes from Nari, featuring a live set recorded at Black Flamingo  in NYC this past May.

Experience nearly 3 hours of Nari’s musical journey that shook the underground, with a packed floor of dancers moving to every beat. Don’t miss out—tune in and feel the vibe!

Based in Tokyo since 2013. 

 He is a part of the collective "CYK", which has made remarkable strides as a singular point of reference in Tokyo house culture.

 CYK has invited artists such as Mall Grab,Baba Stilz,Ross From Friends,Avaron Emerson, and has also organized numerous frenetic parties with DJs of the same generation from all over Japan.

 While the memories of CYK's 5th anniversary and their set at Rainbow Disco Club 2021 are still fresh in people's memories the group has continued their musical journey through Rainbow Disco Club 2022, Fujirock`22, and Wonderfruit Festival'22 in Thailand, etc.,

 CYK is gaining a foothold as a driving force of the generation at an accelerated pace. In July 2022, Nari himself performed as a member of DJ Nobu's "Future Terror" 20th-anniversary party,and in 2024, his two-man show with Antal, who runs Rush Hour, was such a huge success that the venue was closed to the public.

 His style of play, which affirms the "broad sense" of the word, has earned him the trust of all kinds of audiences, including enthusiasts, and has transcended the boundaries of the land.

 In addition to providing mixes for Noods Radio, NTS Radio, Rinse FM, Seoul Community Radio, etc., he also directs CYK TOKYO RADIO, which he runs himself, and consistently introduces up-and-coming artists, both domestic and international, to the Japanese club scene. He is constantly introducing up and coming artists to the Japanese club scene both domestically and internationally.
