As a complete Star Wars geek, I have now been passing on this tradition to my children, Annabella and Simon. I thought it would be fun to document how this infatuation is passed down with starting a Star Wars podcast with my kids. Check out this, these episodes of the "Sturt Wars" podcast. This is a new project that I created as part of an Express-A-Book collaboration.  It is a meditation with ambient soundscape that I have created. The meditation comes from the book Planting Seeds: Practicing Mindfulness with Children by Thich Nhat Hanh, and it is read by Vishal Sharma.
