On June 9th, 2024, (i) """"""challenged"""""" myself to (finish) something in only (a year and a half). Musicians were (no longer) limited to no less than 50 seconds and no more than 70 seconds for their songs; in short, (((not))) a speedrun. The event (had) encourag(ed) creatives to think outside the box, picking their ideas apart in order to keep only the essentials. At the finish line, they (actually, unironically, holy shit) received some of the most exciting tracks on a FORM compilation to date.

in the decade i've been making music i could never really find a sound for myself.

i've tried *everything*, from dubstep to drum and bass to future house to hyperpop.

i think i've nailed down what i enjoy making, though: garage, inspired by artists like MPH, Makina, Gemi, Salute, and Oppidan just to name a few.
