My name is Craft and this week we present Aerodrömme from Toronto, Canada.

They are a techno duo created in 2008 and began as one of the most promising names in the Progressive Techno circuit. Over time, Boris and Steve have transformed their sound to the more hypnotic deep techno sound heard in their latest releases. They have an impressive discography with releases on many labels such as JOOF Aura, Digital Structures, Slideways, Rheostatus, Frakture Audio, Baroque Records, Tribal Vision, Balkan Connection, Nuuktal, Oddsine, Techgnosis and Twisted Frequency. Their upcoming EP titled Astronomical Unit features several remixes including myself Craft and will be released on TMM Records from Kosovo.

As well as regular performances in Ontario and Quebec, their international performances have taken them to Australia, Israel, Panama, Mexico, Columbia, and United States. Aerodrömme Live sets are always packed with surprises, as they are look for innovative ways to incorporate different technologies into a set.  They use iOS controllers and synths, analog hardware and drum machines.

Music gear has been a key component to their sound since the beginning. Their studio is packed with a Roland MKS 30, TR-8, TB-03, Prophet Rev2, Novation Bass Station II, Moog Theremini, Elektron Analog 4, Korg Volca Bass and Volca Beats, NanoKontrol Studio, Edirol PCR300, Ableton Push, Motu Ultralite and a UAD Apollo Twin packed with UAD plugins. They sent us this beautiful set which includes some of their original productions, remixes and my recent Craft G12 release. But right now with Aerodrömme it’s time to Feed The Raver. Enjoy!
