Next up on OneFold DGTL we bring you big things from Alex Lister aka A Lister. After smashing his remix of 'One Of A Kind' for OneFold Records back in 2015, the Leeds based talent is back, this time to take the reigns at our underground imprint. 'Future' is an absolute monster of an EP, with Lister's stand out original mix smashing all expectations and paving the way for two mammoth re-works from some of the hottest talent in the industry. 

Testament to his faultless production, Lister's original weaves finely tuned drum grooves through a chunky, rolling bass line, creating a solid, no-fuss dance floor staple. We then look to house heavyweight Jey Kurmis who's first up on the remixes, serving up a futuristic take on the track with assertive, high pitched additions and emphasised vocals. Mancunian Abode resident Jimmy Switch rounds things off, adding a new dimension with fast paced, melodic synths, ensuring this EP has all the ingredients to be one of the stand out releases this year.

Eskuche is a Russian, by way of NYC, DJ and producer who has been making a lot of waves over the past few years. With releases on Hot Creations, Viva Music, Repopulate Mars and a whole host of other top tier labels, he clearly has what it takes to go far in the underground scene. How You Feel, the first of three tracks on offer here, is a driving tech house tune. Eskuche lays the foundation with a solid beat and a punchy sub bass. Strategically placed FX shots and synth riffs provide excitement and energy while a hip hop-esque vocal blazes ahead on the track. “Now let me know, how the f**k do you feel?”
Track two, titled It’s Our Party, brings a serious amount of energy and power to the EP with a full force banger of a tune. Heavy drums and a solid bass, which builds and evolves with a variety of layers and timbers, hold things down and ensure a heavy workout on the subwoofers. It’s Our Party is a definitive club tune with non-stop action from start to finish.
Closing out the EP is epicly named, Rave Me! Here we have a funky, jacking, tech house jam with solid beats, a funky driving bassline and energetic open hats and rides. The track twists and turns as an ominous vocal leads you through both the track and “the party” like a rave focused spirit guide. Absolute dancefloor mayhem will ensue!

Already in the beginning of August and elrow Music continues with its fine line of releases with its 110th reference. Hailing from the beautiful Marseille’s coast, ERM110 comes in the hands of French duo Chicks Luv Us. The pair composed this three tracker EP with the name of ‘What You Got’ and it sounds wicked, meaning it will hit hard dancefloors across the globe. The EP starts with ‘Acid Monday (Original Mix)’, a track with a great groove, a strong percussion set, amazing synth lines and its highlights: the astonishing vocal line and the FX set, which give the track a true character of its own, making it perfect for both peak times and after-party moods. Then we have ‘Nasty (Original Mix)’, a song that begins with a steady percussion, a great background atmosphere and sexy vocals – perfect for Ibiza’s type of mood – with a banger peak time that will be danced during the whole summer in and out of the island. Finally, the EP closes with ‘What’s Wrong With You (Original Mix)’, the most extraterrestrial track in the record, a song that starts with a steady techy percussion that meets a playful synth line and groovy atmosphere and vocals, making this track a really nice piece for more relaxed times on the dancefloor. All in all, another great installment for elrow Music this summer with this ERM110, that continues with its steady line of releases, thanks to Chicks Luv Us (alias Nerani Julien & Anthony Fonseca) debut on the label.
