Across 30 tracks in the digital collection and 24 on four sides of wax, the release explores the full breadth of the Mutual Rytm sound. Driving grooves and relentless percussion set the pace, gradually unfolding into hypnotic and atmospheric passages that invite deeper immersion. Pulsating low-end power alternates with eerie minimalism, while bursts of futuristic energy and cavernous kick drums keep the tension high. Elsewhere, dub textures and moments of introspection provide balance, creating a narrative arc that moves fluidly between intensity and release, atmosphere and tension, darkness and light.

BCCO Premiere: FHASE 87 - COWBOY [SOT05]

Coyu and Ramiro Lopez are regular production partners, having released a number of tracks on Coyu’s own Suara in the past, as well as John Digweed’s esteemed Bedrock Records. This latest track on Drumcode further adds to their reputation as a force to be reckoned with. ‘Clap Your Hands’ allows the pair to display their talent for harder-edged techno. Pounding drums, metallic rattling, a tension-filled breakdown and the eponymous distorted vocal sample help to ensure the track fits in perfectly with Drumcode’s high-quality repertoire. Made with the dancefloor in mind, Coyu debuted ‘Clap Your Hands' during his set at Valencia’s Marenostrum Festival, where it received a spectacular reception.

'Tears' by Prok & Fitch is one of the most successful tracks in Suara's history. Now we have a new EP from the Brighton guys and a proper follow-up track from that hit. 'Double Vision' has all the elements to be a new banger: their signature bassline, a cool vocal, some breakdowns and drops to do serious damage to the dancefloor… But don’t forget 'Pitch Roll', raw but effective, that cowbell is pure fire. Nice release for a wide range of electronic music lovers, don’t miss it!
