This album is a journey. A journey into chaos and its confrontation. To feel its presence and acknowledge it. Can we escape chaos – and if we run from it, will it follow us? Is there peace after chaos, or is our task to destroy, control, or submit to it? Could we simply accept that chaos and darkness are a part of life?

Charon is a continuation of my Surreal Nocturnes EP, where I explored the shadow sides of existence. In this Charon EP, I reflect on the presence of chaos and anxiety in life and how it shapes us.

For years, I fought against depression and feared anxiety. But what happened when I stopped, stared chaos in the face, and accepted it as part of my life? I found balance. It hasn’t been easy, and it isn’t always.
