The Funky Foot Sessions 137 - 06 - 01 - 23 - 2022 Retrospective - Part 3

Entering into 2023 with our first edition of A Chance To Dance of the year. For the second time in the series we venture out to South Africa where we are joined by SA sensation Young Molz. Away from the immensely popular Afro sounds that eminate from the area, is a movement dominated by hazy deep rolling grooves. Young Molz is a master of this sound, which is very similar musically to BNinjas who we hosted back in April (available on Soundcloud)

Away from the decks Young Molz has produced a number of soulful deep jams, some of which have racked up support and been charted by the likes of Miguel Migs, Jimpster & Soul Central. Young Molz takes the airwaves for hour 2 where he plays a wonderful selection of rolling beats which include a number of his own productions!

During hour 1 we bring you all of the latest releases from the deep house world. Our basket was brimming this week with all aspects of deep, from jazz to 4/4 bumpers. Enjoy - CG.
