The "chilling effect" refers to the discouragement of legitimate speech or conduct due to the fear of legal repercussions or social consequences. This fear can lead individuals or groups to self-censor, even when their actions are constitutionally protected, due to the perceived risk of punishment or negative reactions. 

Our American tax dollars are funding the systematic collective starvation of 2 million people. Far more than 55,000 civilian lives have been taken with American weapons overseas.

Our own neighborhoods are being torn apart by immigration enforcement agents (ICE). Innocent people are being permanently separated from their families and sent to prisons who have historically been used for cruel mistreatment, with almost no access to food water or medical care. All for the crime of crossing an imaginary line.

This is wrong, we have to be there for each other

The PRIMVL project was started in 2016 buy Oregon local Benjamin Doughty, he grew up involved in band as a trumpet player and was also heavily influenced buy West Coast Hip Hop.
in 2014 Ben moved to Eugene Oregon, instantly getting involved in the local Music scene as a promoter and a DJ and soon after beginning his long career as a music producer. He soon began making halftime and 140 trap beats, creating intricate melodies, combined with heavy low end and clean percussive rhythms, PRIMVL's sound began to take form.

In 2020 after years of self-schooling and releases on small independent music labels, the PRIMVL project burst on to the scene with a Collab with longtime friend ASHEZ on Hamburg's Germanys own, Saturate Records..  PRIMVL has had many self-releases along with handful of other collaborations including a track with Portland's own Tsou. 

PRIMVL is a very experienced DJ sharing the stage with acts like EPROM,ONHELL,Mr.Carmack,Khiva,Subdocta,Eazybaked,Cambot,POPTHATRUNK, and many more! With a handful of  Performances at Still Dream, Ohm on the range and countless shows up and down the West coast including Boise as well, PRIMVL is a wonderful edition to any line up bringing versatile sound design, high energy and experience behind the decks!
