Ahead of his debut Subculture appearance this Saturday, @veitch-dj has stepped up to deliver the inaugural edition of our new Subculture Spotlight Mix series. The series will be motivated by providing an advance insight into the musical character & energy of forthcoming Subculture guests, alongside shining a light upon the wide array of rising local talent Glasgow has to offer and to introduce the sounds of artists that we are excited about from further afield.

We genuinely could not think of anybody better to kick this series off than @veitch-dj. Sean is a true student of the Subculture sound and as a long term Subbie family & staff member he has developed a depth of insight & understanding forged over many years both behind the bar & on the dance floor. This paired with his experience as a resident/chief-organiser of Pala Glasgow in recent years alongside his new @fenixglasgow residency has shaped an incredibly considered & talented DJ. This one has been a long time coming and we are very much looking forward to hearing what magic Sean will conjure down in our subterranean Jamaica Street haven. 

As always Sean will be joining the OG's Harri & Domenic on Saturday with Valencia born/Glasgow Based selector & wax lover Iris Pertegaz kicking things off on the night.
