It has been a year since I started with this project, can you believe it? And to celebrate it I wanted to do something special - I gathered some beloved friends to a secret party on top of Sao Paulo, and by the way, this was my first set performed to a dancefloor ever. It can't get more special than this :)

Despite some thecnical issues (my controller bugged out heavily and started to change the right side's bpm by itself within the first minutes of set), I'm super stoked with the results. I hope you guys have fun like I did, and till next month ♥

His technical foundation was built analogically, playing with turntables in 2022, and his sound is inspired by artists such as Oscar Mulero, The Advent, Lewis Fautzi, Alarico, Chlär, ANNĒ, Marcal, Ben Sims, and others. He holds a residency with the Tronika collective and has performed at events like Techno Pride, Backrooms Upload, and Hotbox.

MAI seeks to deliver sonic experiences filled with immersive atmospheres that envelop the dancefloor and create spatial depth. With intricate rhythmic and percussive patterns shaped by his research and technique, he captivates listeners with intense movement and dynamic energy. This is complemented by synthesizers and rhythmic vocals that weave narratives, forming a continuous flow. Through this, the DJ crafts a creative and authentic identity, expressing his essence using techno subgenres and broken beats.
