I’m usually very meticulous and nitpicky when recording mixes, I can get stuck on things for ages but with the image I almost found myself in a state of ataraxia haha. You can hear it translate very much so in my song choices. There’s a lot of very warm, lush, slow building ambient tracks which I know is a massive deviation from my usual output, but it’s what I felt the image demanded of me." J. P.
