Due to the way the new Soundcloud app refuses to honour my spotlights, I have created this playlist as a discography of all of my work published on Soundcloud.

I also still plan to start a series of playlists show casing the best tracks that I come across on Soundcloud. I'll probably call it something tacky like "Sub's heros" unless I think of something better 1st!

This is the 1st track that I discovered my sound as Sub Hero. It originally a sparse track that I had abandoned as it wasn't going anywhere, but I used it to play with some new plugins and it took on a life of its own. I love the dubby end section to this - i never wanted to finish!

After having been active on Soundcloud for a while I had discovered a few tracks using widely spaced vinyl and white noise, which inspired the styling for this track. I wrote it while we were expecting our 2nd child, so think I captured the mood I was in - kind of looking forward to it, but with the apprehension that life for our 1st would change. For the better, it turned out.

Another track written several years ago on EnergyXT2 that I revisited in Live. I spent a lot of time on this track struggling to mix it, and it taught me a lot about my craft. I love the intro and the wide drum sections as well as the slowly evolving pads. This was the first track that I started to bring in dub influences.
