Aachen-raised and Berlin-based, aykanakdag (@aykanakdag) is a producer, live performer, and DJ known for his bass-driven electro and breakbeat tracks, released internationally and through his self-release AYK series, where he collaborates with different visual artists for each release. From playing in basement parties to performing live with a symphony orchestra, he has proven his skills over the years, refining a sound that delivers UK- and electro-influenced broken beats and bass-heavy, percussive soundscapes. @laymajakin comienza a pinchar discos a mediados de los 90; a los 16 años ya pisaba cabinas y raves de su Cádiz natal, influenciada por la escena UK breaks y US breakbeat, que empezaba a sonar con fuerza en el sur. Tras una etapa en Atlanta, donde conectó por primera vez con los platos y el funk, su estilo fue tomando carácter. Pasó más de una década en Madrid, donde se volcó en el electro y el techno, y consolidó una técnica sólida: tres platos, melodías, bases y scratch como sello propio. Actualmente, residente en Mallorca, ha sido vista en eventos como Tramuntana Festival o Diskette Dance Format. Sus sets son potentes y dinámicos, mezclando estilos entre old school, techno, trance, electro y acid breaks, siempre con estilo propio y el carácter del sur.

Sync 24 (Phil Bolland) is an electro artist and DJ, label boss of Cultivated Electronics and promoter of London based Electro night Scand. He has also recorded under the name MMT-8 with Ed DMX, Signal Type with Matt Whitehead as well as various other aliases

 Phil’s first exposure onto the electro scene as Sync 24 was in 2003 when he had two releases on Andrea Parker’s label Touchin Bass. In 2007 he started his own label Cultivated Electronics which has gone from strength to strength, releasing his own material along with artists as diverse as ERP, DMX Krew, James T Cottton, Radioactive Man, The Exaltics, Morphology and Silicon Scally. Distributed by Clone, the label is now an established underground purveyor pushing the electro sound for over a decade.
