One for those lazy Sunday afternoons sipping cocktails on the veranda, grooving with the sunset filtered through the trees. A mix of house, funk, disco and electro swing to keep your bums wiggling and those happy feet tapping.

White Russian Mix

Chris the young/old man from across the road is a member of the fun police and uses every power tool know to man, yet has the cheek to tell me on my doorstep that my sub woofer is too loud and it gives him a headache. 40 decibels at his house, slightly less than the traffic noise. This set is a middle finger to all the fun police, the nosy neighbours, the council noise abatement officers with their decibel meters at festivals and the councillors/politicians that make up laws that stop parties, they wouldn't know a good time if it slapped them in the face!

Moreton '22 - The Program Mix

This set was played on a Sunday morning to an awesome crew that hardly know us but welcomed us to their place of worship, the Doof. Playing tracks from producers such as Speedy J, CJ Bolland, Planetary Assault Systems and The Advent in this set was an insight into who we are and the techno influences that fuelled us to travel and watch these artists play live in '97 when we first hit the road together - 25 years later we're still with the program!!!

The human instinct to create a beat, sing out loud and dance to a rhythm has always been part of my tribe and has followed my path throughout the world. Wizards Of Kingston Spring Camp Out 2023

The Wonky Queenslander put on the most fruity, fun parties in Australia, so to be asked to jump on board and play for them at Jungle Love was a real honour. The only word I saw describing the Friday night line up was 'Funk' and so this booty shakin', foot stompin' funky ass tech-house mix was born. Big glove and pineapples to ya!

A mix of old and new Acid trance, Psytrance and PsyTechno played on NYD '25 - Heaven and Hell theme party. This one reminds me of dancing and going mad to old Goa Trance - Noom, Tip, Platipus records. I love the way the 303 mid/tops hold sway over the bass creating awesome journeys for the mind. I put a few old German acid tracks in for Morph Kai, I enjoy his reaction, when he tells me it transports him back 25 years, we loves it!! Still ;)

Hearing tribal drums before he could walk, pogoing to punk and ska and collecting electro before becoming a teen....SubLife soon found himself dragging amps and speakers across the Cornish wastelands and abandoned buildings to support the UK squat party scene. Eventually  escaping the impoverished South West to explore Latin America, Europe, North Africa and Asia to finally set down roots in the Sunny Coast where the legendary DOOF crew could be found. The house and tekno styles that SubLife creates takes the listener on a journey that starts in your head and then swiftly moves your feet. Playing sets for Wizards of Kingston, The Wonky Queenslander and the Forest Feels stage at Jungle Love he is no stranger to festivals or the underground.
