Am a hospital pharmacist...there's no way someone has psychosis from Ativan, it's the main thing used for people who show up at the ER having some panic attack that's bothersome enough that they have to be injected with it, or Midazolam (Versed), which is only used for huge panic attacks such as severe benzo withdrawal because it's only IV North America, they've got Midazolam in Europe and elsewhere for sleep in pill form, but orally it's not much, probably why they made those pills so goddamn huge, so that junkies wouldn't try IV'ing them, word get arounds that its one of the only water-soluble benzo. But yeah, he didn't die from Ativan, extremely unlikely that he had behavorial toxicity from, it's not a great benzo to abuse because it knocks you out but lasts barely an hour, Cornell must have been all very aware of this shit, coming from the Grunge (Seattle Punk, minus Pearl Jam, always were just grunge in image only, radio-rock from the start). So I'd discount that possibility
