Sera J joins for DifferentSound Podcast #166.

SERA J. is a techno music producer and dj from Greece. He was born and raised in Thessaloniki, while he produce music since 2008. Influenced by his favorite artist Jeff Mills his style can be typed as a combination of techno with catchy melodies, acid sounds, powerful baselines and Detroit details. Being a local artist of executive underground projects in his city, he has shared the booth with some of the most talented international & local artists, like Stef Mendesidis, Jonas Kopp, Dax J, Paal (Voitax), Keith Carnal, Setaoc Mass, Paula Temple, Axel Karakasis, JudaƩ, SNTS etc. , something that helped him to expand his knowledge on what he loves the most. With strong and very successful releases, on Out of Place, Adroit, Planet Rhythm he made a bigger step to the music scene while his music has gained massive and diverse support, from artists like Amelie Lens, Richie Hawtin, Dax J, Adam Beyer, Ellen Alien, Insolate, Alien Rain, just to name a few, charting and playing his tracks very often. He also became a resident radio producer on Paranoise Radio, a local web radio, and he holds his own monthly shows as a co-founder. His passion of music is what makes him going up. For him music is a state of mind, interaction, inspiration & creation.

Bailey is an artist who encapsulates the UK-centric sound and modern-day rave aesthetic. Exploring a melange of genres that combines four-to-the-floor techno with bold electro and abrasive breaks. Next to his own artistry, Bailey is the co-founder of Night Service, a staple of the London party scene since 2018.

His sets are marked by the art of sound manipulation and style pollution, challenging standards and prejudices, playing wisely with technology and everything that enables him to change and produce music reworks. Antonio dosn t aim to classify his sound within precise boundaries, but its quite easy to perceive strong house roots with contemporary techno and deep inflections.

La novena entrega viene de la mano de Cynth, una de las responsables la sesión revelación de este año en nuestra ciudad, Quimera Project. Con tan solo dos eventos realizados y el tercero ya en marcha han dejado muy alto el listón y prometen continuar dejando huella.

Para esta ocasión podremos disfrutar de la sesión que realizó el pasado mes de octubre en nuestro último evento de SYNTH, en el  que tuvo la oportunidad de calentar la pista previamente a Oliver Rosemann.

The ninth installment comes from the hand of Cynth, one of the people responsible for this year's revelation session in our city, Quimera Project. With only two events held and the third already underway, they have set the bar high and promise to continue leaving their mark.

For this occasion we will be able to enjoy the session he did last October at our last SYNTH event, in which he had the opportunity to warm up the track before Oliver Rosemann.

With a huge love for abstract soundscapes, solid techno and deconstructed beats, BORGBORG’s work has evolved into a powerful, introspective, yet timeless sound. Her sets, which span from ambient to rugged patterns to peak-time rhythms, are created to deliver a rich and varied experience.
As part of Fractal Void, she merges electronic and classical composition, shaping artificial landscapes with cinematic, futuristic elements. Their debut EP Elemental Collection was recently released on Intergalactic Research Institute For Sound.
Beyond performances and productions, BORGBORG is also co-founder of the art association About Repetition (Düsseldorf, Germany), a group of artists exploring the concept of repetition through collaborations across Europe.
