While „Desert Funk“ comes with a colorful power and carries the typical flavor of a little acid, „Charged“ shines through its strong and relieving energy. The whole piece is additionally spiced up with a ripping remix. Hermanito ÜNAM put his unmistakable sound signature in his remix of "Charged" and created a perfectly blending deep mix. He finished the story in four days. He handed her the key and then sat at the bar and drank a whiskey and Perrier and read the morning paper. She came back and sat on a tool a little way down from him and read the story. When she finished in the second time he said “Do you like it?” “It’s not a thing you like or not like” she said “It’s your heart on it?” “Sure”. 
We’re delighted to present you the first part of an amazing collaboration with our Brazilian friends at CasaCaos Records. “Shango b2b CasaCaos EP Vol.1” is a superb EP containing six remixes crafted carefully by Shango Records artists for classic tracks of the CasaCaos catalogue. A second part with Casa Caos artists remixes for Shango Records tracks will follow soon. This is made only with true love and everlasting passion by Nubrada, Acanth, MOP, Cristian Monak, Sevn (CA) and Valiterra. It shows a beautiful mountain and telling you how to climb it!

It takes place on the June solstice (the Winter solstice in the Southern Hemisphere), the shortest day of the year in the indigenous home of the Mapuche people. In 2021, El Remolón released his album “Asimétrico”. There the producer worked with native instruments, in a non-archetypal folkloric expression of defined traditional styles, where, however, we were able to trace the DNA of the cumbia, the vidala or the chacarera. Simple uses of guitars, legüero bass drums and charangos intermingled in creole riffs and, when combined with electronic textures, generated a restorative, meditative and techno atmosphere at the same time. Between native experimental and global downtempo, the album featured several songs that followed one another as emotional passages.

After the preview of Los Pajaros Remixes, on November 18, a new pack of remixes is released by the Colombian producer Mente Orgánica, the Argentinian Bakur and the Argentinian/American duo Cuervo Cuervo.

“Asimétrico Remixes” album, scheduled for December 2022 through Fertil Discos, will also feature versions by artists such as Balam, Mica Towers, Ignacio La Conga and Moiqe, among others. The cover art was in charge of an illustration by Jupa Erian and design by Joaquín Chas.
