As label head, Tommy continues to define QRUK's uncompromising identity, bringing London's underground spirit to every release. Wallop EP is a testament to QRUK's knack for fusing melodic hooks with relentless groove, pushing their sound into new territory while staying true to the UK roots.

On remix duties, London's Triximo delivers a hypnotic, psychedelic rework of Wallop, chopping vocals and euphoric synths into an atmospheric Techno trip. It's her debut on QRUK and marks a darker turn in her sound, adding a fresh, experimental edge to the label's catalogue.

About time to get the podcast back and running, and first one to kick off this year is one of the STRECK founders, SIMA.

SIMA is a Berlin-based producer and DJ, originally from Gothenburg. During 2020, he had 2 releases on the label Ismus, with one more planned for 2021. 
Together with STRECKs Icelandic hammer STEFÁN, they where debuting as duo Rogue Wave on STRECK's first release with the track "Feeble Life". On this double vinyl VA, he's also contributing with a track of his own as well as an additional collab with KAL KET.

SIMA is also part of a new live music project called “SSSR” together with two familiar faces from STRECK.
