One of the hottest acts to emerge in 2022, Georgie Riot has been making waves in the world of drum & bass with her unique blends behind the decks and breaking through with a series of her own productions to boot. Teaming up with New Zealand duo REPAIR who have been making waves in their own right on the other side of the world, we are thrilled to present their debut on Viper with Alimish “Walk Away”.

Born and bred in the rave, Georgie Riot’s background is immediately present in the track, transporting the listener to the deepest of the underground with an ominous, shadowy opening. Alimish’s vocals provide a spotlight amidst the foggy build-up all while the suspense builds quickly leading up to the drop which highlights REPAIR’s own festival circuit sounds, delivering 100% pure carnage.

With a drop that would destroy any dancefloor the world over – exactly the kind of energy you might expect from a REPAIR and Georgie Riot collaboration - it’s clear “Walk Away” will be both a DJ and fan favourite all around the world. Merging a plethora of influences seamlessly and delivering such a heavy drop, “Walk Away” is not only a strong introduction to all three artists, but also a strong start for the label in 2023.
