Sem Mus is a 21 year old techno producer and DJ from Amsterdam. What sets his music apart is the mixture of fast and raw rhythms, blending in with high energy driven sequences and industrial counterparts.

Since he was 18, his love for techno grew bigger and bigger. Sem did not only want to consume the music, but also fathom it. This is why he started producing, to understand every element of a track.

This became an in-depth layer in his music experience. It went so well that he also wanted to share this with the world around. The step to DJing was taken and he immediately fell in love with it.

For this EP we have three original tracks with one remix by the one and only AnD, one of the most prolific producers in the rave culture creating music from movies and series to pure dance floor hard bangers.

When it comes to the sound of modern-day techno—fast, melodic and polyglot, working in genres like trance and gabber—it's hard to find an artist more clearly representative than Anetha. The French DJ encompasses all these influences with style, landing on a lithe sound that's both heavy and nimble, earning her a first residency at Paris party Blocaus (and, currently, Awakenings and Fuse, among others) and appearances on labels like Work Them and Oaks.

What really sets Anetha apart, though, is her commitment to developing and uplifting the artists around her. She launched her own label, Mama Told Ya, in 2019 with a unique and heartwarming concept: each release would highlight an artist, often young or new to the game, and feature one collaboration with Anetha herself. It's a move that turns the usual label-artist dynamic on its head, making each new record a fully-fledged collaboration, and lending her own gravitas to the artist she features. And a year later she started an agency—or what she calls a "creative engine"—to help those artists in a more holistic way.

Her RA Podcast is a perfect way to start 2023: with energy and verve, and a perfect balance of light and dark. This is techno at its most creative, dark and discombobulated beats cut through with glowing vocal samples from some of the most recognizable songs of the past five years. If you wanted to explain to someone what techno sounds like in 2023, you'd do well to start here.

Alexandru Dima is a Romanian-born Amsterdammer with more than a decade of professional experience in electronic music production and performance. Alpha Particle Assembly is a result of how his musical identity evolved and shaped throughout the years. His current style can be described as drum-driven, hypnotic techno with modern industrial feel.

Passionate about DJing, Alpha Particle Assembly has held residencies in Dutch, German, Italian and Romanian clubs. This solid dancefloor experience enables him to produce numerous hits, which are played by some of the most influential DJs in techno. The main significant achievement for Alpha Particle Assembly is the collaboration with The Matrix director Lana Wachowski on the original soundtrack for Netflix Sense8 series, as well as recent event production collaboration with well-known video game development company Crytek.

In its 8 years since inception, his own imprint Consumed Music gained a respectable place in the scene, organizing local events, and consistently supplying dancefloor material to the world’s top stages. MFC Records is a fundraising label curated by 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 based in Montreal. MFC Records' fourth release is a Single Artist EP by KORVN, called Tidal Waves. The EP is composed of 2 original tracks produced by KORVN, a collaboration between KORVN and 𝗨𝗥𝗨𝗕𝗨 as well as 2 remixes by 𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗔 and 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗸𝗮.

With this EP, KORVN aims to raise awareness about a cause that he defends and that is dear to his heart. We are talking here about climate emergency. He says: "As we go through periods of instability and tension, the climate emergency is too often not the primary objective despite representing a global threat requiring political commitments as important as it is a major issue. [...] It's a cause that touches me and that I want to defend with this EP".

The non for-profit organization supported for this release is the 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘇𝘂𝗸𝗶 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, that empowers people to take action in their communities on the environmental challenges we collectively face.
