"Jijivisha" is the newest compilation from Samaa Records. A psychedelic trance album with a dark undertone. Jijivisha means the intense desire to live and continue living in the highest sense of being.

Jafar curated this compilation to display a mixture of mesmerizing sounds from the old school and upcoming psytrance artists from India. To show appreciation towards the Indian psytrance culture, which he worked closely with for the last twenty-two years.

I thought this would be the right time so I took the opportunity to record a set with the style of Psytrance I first listened to and fell in love with. Behind this, there are two gems of friends who introduced me to this style and I thought why not record a set old school full-on style with lots and lots of FM leads. With his three track EP "occasus solis" Octogoat knows how to combine magical night sounds with ocassional gloomy atmospheres while still keeping the dark cosmos in mind. Though frantic and frenzied these elaborate tracks work both morning and night and are a massive leap forward in PsiloCybians production.
