We're very happy to announce our new podcast series called "Subkast" with a very simple and straightforward purpose of showcasing some of the music we adore and the artists behind it.
And, after all, what better way to start the whole charade than having one of our own members display the sonic ambience of the sound that is Subtilno.

Babilonska (@wingsforshtuka-1) is somewhat hard to categorize in her musical endeavors.
She is the person behind ZEZ festival (Zavod za Eksperimentalni Zvuk), an event dealing with experimental music as well as all kinds of sound art & exhibitions. She has been steadily building her reputation as an excellent DJ through various gigs and mixes where she has showcased her impressive skill in blending all sorts of genres, sounds & tempos but always with a dose of quirky silliness & drama. Ranging from tribalistic deepness to stomping footwork beats and all the way to irresistible ravey sounds, in this podcast she has once again shown her effortless travelling between rhythm patterns & moods. 
It is indeed a journey well worthy of the opening of our series.

SUBKAST #01 - Babilonska

A squadron of young individuals with many creative outlets dealing with the extraordinary universe of breaks, beats and empowering sub frequencies with a purpose of promoting and continually improving the local electronic (bass) music scene of Zagreb by being intent on providing the freshest of sounds coming out of the minds of visionaries (and newcomers alike) who've helped set the music we love on the map of the world.

Representing the sounds of the underground, their club night boasts an array of “genres” coming from the sonic spectres such as drum&bass, jungle, footwork, beats and, generally speaking, all forward thinking electronic music.
