BAYKER is a New Zealand born, DJ and Producer. Arriving in Berlin six years ago, BAYKER found a second home in the underground electronic music scene, producing melodic techno. 

As long as BAYKER can remember, music and sound has been an intrinsic part of who he is. Discovering his ability to experience and manipulate sound, BAYKER became inspired by the opportunity to guide people on a journey into the present moment, with the energetic sum of eclectic sounds, waves of subtle intensity and his ever evolving journey of tension and release. 

Shortly after his arrival in Berlin, BAYKER collaborated with Berlin based electronic group ‘GHEIST’ on the track ‘Salvation‘. The track received great attention, reaching #14 on the Beatport charts, and remaining in the Top 100 for some time. BAYKER would later collaborate again on his next E.P release ‘Howl’ signed to RADAU. ‘Howl’ was a global success charting : #20 on the Beatport Top 100 Melodic House & Techno and #3 & 4 on the Beatport Hype Top 100 Melodic House & Techno

After a long year in the studio, BAYKER is unleashing his forthcoming release 'Journey 001' on his own imprint 'ZELAND'. An experience created during the global pandemic, comprising of 10 tracks. The first release titled ‘Home’ entails his signature energy of tension and release, finding ‘Home in the Journey itself.

"Starting off with keyboards as an infant, he taught himself how to improvise on the piano throughout the years. G-Space has created his own distinct sound that grazes multiple genres, such as; world, funk, jazz, trap, glitch, and bass. He tends to play a set that consists mainly of his originals and the rest is filled with close friends’ music and other artists that he looks up to. G-Space has nested his way into quickly becoming one of the most interesting acts in the scene.

Not only does he play on multiple instruments and create amazing electronic music to match it. He has added a unique visual aspect to his performance. It’s called ‘Tricking’ which by definition, is a style “of extreme sport where the “athletes” do cool, fast, beautiful flips and kicks without any wires or trampolines,” (Defined from Urban Dictionary.) While playing the keytar on stage he is able to do a backflip and other insanely physically demanding and talented tricking skills. Having this special type of performance has been getting him recognized by many, as he has played Imagine Festival, Ultra Festival, and has just recently finished his ‘Euro-Trip Tour’ which spanned across several countries in Europe."

Born Pedro Maia, Mochakk is a 22-year-old sensation whose thrilling persona behind the decks matches his prolific production.
