We're back with another Dungeon Beats Sessions and tonight is also the release date of Dungeon Beats - Volume 2, which is available via all digital outlets and streaming platforms. 

On the show, this month's host Hitman is bringing you the promo mix of DNG002. He's also welcoming one of the pioneering founders of dubstep - Loefah and a true legend of the Polish electronic scene - Dtekk. 

Loefah is a producer who was there when dubstep emerged from the primordial bass lake with releases on one of the labels involved in the genre's genesis - DMZ. He started collaborating with the Digital Mystikz on the DMZ nights run in Brixton and was part of Mary Anne Hobbs' Dubstep Warz radio show that contributed to breaking the genre to the mainstream. Known for having a dark and minimal style that used powerful basslines and menacing vocal samples creating a sense of dread. In around 2007, after falling out of love with the genre, he moved on to UK Bass music and founded Swamp 81. Shifting away from the scene's increasing restraints, his label has helped fuel the current reinvigoration of the house sound while his own DJ sets carry with them stunning levels of bass.

Dtekk is a Polish DJ, promoter, collector and cultural activist from Białystok. Since stepping behind the decks of the famed Metro club in 2000, he has become one of the country's most consistent and experienced DJs. His versatility allows him to mix a very broad spectrum of what’s best in techno, electro, experimental, ambient or Italo disco. His commitment brought him to stages throughout Poland and Europe, including Unsound, Audioriver, Berghain, Ohm and Porto’s Gare. He’s a founder of the Up To Date festival held annually in Białystok, as well as the city’s go-to nightclub called FOMO. He has been involved in the Salon Ambientu event series and Technosoul collective and label. Dtekk is also the author of the Pozdro Techno slogan and the father of the custom-built Pozdro Techno Sound System.
