Hot on the heels of label boss, Hannah Laing’s “Triple F” EP, doof welcomes rising UK star NANCY Live to the imprint.

Having released on the likes of We Are The Brave, Arcane, Shall Not Fade, Kneaded Pains, NANCY Live aka Lauren Rusowicz has performed at  DC10,  The Warehouse Project, Fabrik, Shelter, Printworks, and Terminal V either Live or via her Hybrid DJ setup. 

NANCY Live’s “Melbourne” EP comprises “Melbourne” & “Nothing Sleeps”, fans of Nancy will be aware of her analog hardware production prowess but on “Nothing Sleeps” she showcases her vocal and lyric writing talent that sparked a flurry of activity online after Hannah dropped at Parklife.

Both tracks are a mainstay in Hannah’s sets, the two artists shared a moment on stage at Warehouse Project during ‘Melbourne’ with the same track a standout during Hannah’s roadblocked Creamfields set last summer; Radio 1 tastemaker Jaguar is another key supporter.

Subtrax is a DJ and producer from Derry, Northern Ireland. He specializes in a fusion of house, trance, and techno music. Since his debut in 2020, Subtrax has released over 15 tracks, including the notable single “WFT,” which amassed over 1.4 million streams on SoundCloud within five months of its release. This track’s success led to a record deal with the renowned label Stress Records in August 2023.  

His performances have spanned various venues across the UK and Ireland, supporting prominent acts like Denis Sulta, D.O.D, and Billy Gillies. In February 2025, he expanded his reach internationally with a performance at Club Ost in Berlin, a city celebrated for its dynamic electronic music culture.   

Subtrax’s music has garnered significant attention, with over 2.5 million streams on Spotify as of February 2025. He has been featured on BBC Music Introducing and was recognized as a ‘Future Headliner’ by DJ Gemma Bradley. His growing popularity is evident, with a substantial listener base in cities like Dublin, Glasgow, Berlin, Melbourne, and London.  

Beyond his music production and performances, Subtrax is actively involved in event organization. He is the founder of Project X, a Derry-based event group that has hosted notable techno events, including bringing renowned DJ Alan Fitzpatrick to headline their third event in march.
