Subtrax is a DJ and producer from Derry, Ireland. He specializes in a fusion of house, trance, and techno music. Since his debut in 2020, Subtrax has released over 15 tracks, including the notable single “WFT,” which amassed over 1.4 million streams on SoundCloud within five months of its release. This track’s success led to a record deal with the renowned label Stress Records in August 2023.  

His performances have spanned various venues across the UK and Ireland, supporting prominent acts like Denis Sulta, D.O.D, and Billy Gillies. In February 2025, he expanded his reach internationally with a performance at Club Ost in Berlin, a city celebrated for its dynamic electronic music culture.   

Subtrax’s music has garnered significant attention, with over 2.5 million streams on Spotify as of February 2025. He has been featured on BBC Music Introducing and was recognised as a ‘Future Headliner’ by DJ Gemma Bradley. His growing popularity is evident, with a substantial listener base in cities like Dublin, Glasgow, Berlin, Melbourne, and London.  

Beyond his music production and performances, Subtrax is actively involved in event organization. He is the founder of Project X, a Derry-based event group that has hosted notable events.
